Ahhh...be careful there, that's border line bigotry. When someone owns land you have to pay the piper. No different if you are a realestate developer, you have to pay someone some cash for the dirt you are going to make a crap load of money on. It's all good as long as its win-

Bang on. I did not post the info as a negative but only as a fact as things occurred at the time. It is only fair and a very important issue. I am happy NOT took the plunge. Now hopefully the other plays will follow.
