I'd have to agree that we have a pretty strange cup.. unless you looked at the long period of September 2008-August 2009 and the following 3 weeks as the handle. It is a weird type of cup formation but, it may pass. Our base isn't very rounded.. Handles usually only last 1-4 weeks.

Either way. Just throw out your technical analysis on NOT right now. News trumps everything. Technical analysis may be in play for small caps as funds filter down from large caps - midsize companies - small caps but, that hasn't happened in a serious way yet.

As for a handle coming in Oct/Nov/Dec that looks possible if we move back up to around $2.70 and then start to trail off from there.
