Frankly, Jacki, when I read the response from the company, it upset me as being somewhat meanspirited. But after reading your email to Hanson, I can understand the tone of the response.

I really think many on this board take themselves too seriously. And I think it's contagious - much like the frivolous posting about which so many complain.
