Once an analyst comes forward and actually recommends a buy on a company in a public forum - are the institutions ALREADY locked and loaded.

This is the turning point to where the 'rest' of the population gets wind of the potential upside. (read retail)

WE run the price up then they unload where they see fit.

Luckily those who have hung on and accumulated where we did are in good shape - nice to be ahead of the institutions this time. But I do wonder if this means they are already loaded up....volume should tell for sure.

Just thinkin out loud.
