As Sum mentioned I wasn't as clear as could have been.

My feeling is that Cliff's involvment, all be it on a fairly small scale, with KWG does add confidence to investors in the ROF just because Cliff's are a well respected and very smart supplier to the steel industry. One just has to believe these people know or plan something or they'd not have invested cash at this time into the ROF.
