Actually 17 votes or 1700 votes is what counts at any given time. If it includes all votes submitted it is indicative.

I am not actively pursuing either position on this subject. My main position has been and remains, that we continue to do more harm than good by continuing in the direction we are going. I do not pretend to have a better solution to the problem, just that I am uncomfortable with the idea of making a Spartan like stand. There are always better ways than that.
