Ethical Behaviour is at the ROOT of THE SITUATION.
These Directors are not acting in our Best Interests.
PLAIN and SIMPLE!
In addition they are self contradictory and apparently purposefully inconsistent.
This entire Matter is not some Game Room MBA Game Theory training session. Laws are make to be followed. Standards of Professional Conduct are inplace to be adheared to and followed. And in following Laws and Standards of Practive, though too often being able to skirt plainly Criminal actions, the participants ARE subject to INTENT, which besides having Legal Criminal potential CONESQUENCES, also carries a burden of CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY! Thus the ETHICAL STANDARD of the LAW, both CRIMINAL AND CIVIL/COMMON LAW!
So, please get cracking and contact as many Legal Authorities as you can. You need not be able to present a total overview of the reason for your Complaint. But you do need to state clearly your concern(s) and SUSPECIONS and not necessarily in great detail.
In fact, SUSPECION OF CIVIL AND OR CRIMINAL behavoiur is mandatory to report to the Police Authorities. To not do so is a Crime.
And once having your Complaint respecting your concern(s) and SUSPECION(s) in hand it is the RESPONSIBILITY of these Authorities (ALL THESE AUTHORITIES) to Investigate.
The top portion of this Post along with a few key details, as you see them, is sufficient. The better your accounting of your concerns and SUSPECIONS, the more initial Direction these Authorities will have from which to initiate their INVESTIGATION(s) and they will decide, based on their SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE and their early FINDINGS as to which INVESTIGATIVE APPROACHES are then MOST WARRANTED. And they are OBLIGATED to continue on with all leads they encounter.
