if they had come out and explained to the shareholders their rationale for the PP at this time and identified how they arrived at the price then we would have the facts.We may still not have agreed but at least we would know why. They did not comment on the pp when they were asked at the AGM, yet they obviously knew that they were proceeding with one.

To sit back and wait for the MD&A is like closing the gate after the horse has bolted. Their fiduciary duties as directors are clearly spelled out in the Corporations Act 2005, you can google it, the Act clearly spells out PP's and the pricing thereof.
