The current situation.

3 directors from the hedge managers.

3 directors from the home team.

1 new CEO.

The hedge fund managers will want their selection as CEO.

Therefore the home team will be outvoted on EVERY point.

The only solution is that shareholders; 20%?; also appoint a new director.

This becomes 4 + 4

Perhaps Richard Nemis would then have the casting vote as Chairman?
