I like just about everyone feel Rosseau should pay us for all the expense and aggravation his antic's have cost Noront and ultimately you and I, the shareholders.

However the real world of Publicly traded companies and aggressive takeover attempts doesn't take our wishes into consideration.

A compromise deal at the last minute was hammered out and I'm positive Rosseau insisted on his out of pocket costs of the poxy contest be covered by Noront before he'd agree.

Do you really think the new Board of Director's first board motion won't be to pay the man his pound of flesh? Suck it up cause we lost this contest and now end up paying all the costs.
