Actually, Knowwhat has already lost. His deadline was October 23. Here's the dialogue, from October 6:

Knowwhat: If we are not a $3.25 by October 23rd, I will come on here and state that I was wrong, but if I'm right, I will send you my home address and you will have to send me a gift certificate for a 2-4. Fair enough?

Snezzer: Not quite fair enough.

Here's the deal I propose:

If NOT's closing sp on any day between now and Oct 23, 2008 is at or higher than $3.25 I will gladly send you $20CAN for you to buy any pack of celebratory drinks you'd like.

but...

If this above does not take place, I'll give you my mailing address and you can send me $20CAN which I will not use to celebrate, but to purchase more shares. :-)
