Good points all, miskealp, and I agree with you on all points. It's going to take time to find a suitable person to even take over a portion of his responsibilities. And it could be a very good thing, Noront has grown very quickly, it's a different animal than when they began.

And we all know "good help is hard to find."

I'm not opposed to the search for a candidate, it just seems a little cocky for us to talk of replacing RN. It's not up to us! That's why we got so riled up about the proxy vote I thought???

Anyways, I feel like crazydik today...sooooooo tired.
