There's just enough truth in this to hide the subtext, that being, get out folks, drive the sp down and we'll be the first to pick up all of that cheap paper to fill their pockets. As it's always been, when there's blood in the streets ..... buy. Few find themselves in the position to do this, that is why there are fewer rich folks than the rest of us. The masses are being steered once again.
