I share your fear that Rousseau could be successful. I'd think there is some evidence that those alligned with Rousseau may have up to 30% of the votes. This has given them some hope to over-turn the present board, considering the poor voting turnout. However, this board plus Noront contacting its shareholder base gives me some hope we can surprise them. I'll breathe easier when we do
