It is comforting to hear this from the first nations, however, the bag holder in this would likely be the major who has to deal with the first nations. Rosseau would just walk away after the sale. All of which results in too little too late. The object would be to win the vote and to not have to escalate to altercations between majors and first nations peoples. We know who wins here when money is involved.
