As loyal Shareholders engaged in this "David and Goliath "battle,

why don't we take out a FULL PAGE AD in the best National paper

and expose Rosseau's assault on us, and ask for Shareholder

votes. This would gain us great publicity, and hopefully some sym

pathy! Many institutions/Brokerages would hear NOT"s great story,

some of them perphaps for the first time. We surely would reach

some retail investors. In this Ad we could also expose Rosseau,

and ask people to read Rosseau's financial statement (if he

will reveal it)!

As an individual investor with limited funds ,I still will be happy

to contribute to the costs of the Ad, as I am sure others will also.

WE could find out the cost and then send contributions to Noront

to cover the cost.

I live in Florida and thus, don't know about the Canadian press i.e.

which National paper would be best.

So many fine suggestions have been expressed. I'm sure we

could compose one great "Help the Underdog little company" Ad!

And, oh yes, one more thing... We have no time to lose!

NOT friends, is this a good idea?
