NOT Management are in the drivers seat and hopefully always will be. First thing they need to do is size up the SUPPORT strength. Once having a good idea as to how much firm support they have backing them, they can then chooes among several alternatives for their NEXT STEP.
Given all the Corporate initatives they have undertaken in the past 10 - 11 months they very likely have several very decent and functional alternative paths they can pick from.
In the mean time, contrary to what semi(NOTsmart stated earlierthis evening, Noront Resources need not try to force the SP up at present. This would only help rosseau & co. at this time, seeing as they are in dire straights and seeking to raise cash any way they possibly can. they have their Votes already LOCKED IN and no longer need to hold the shares. Thus they hopefully are presently selling at a LOSS to their Average Cost Base! Should they win the Vote (hoping this is not likely but will not take any chances here) they would then, and only then be able to obtain outside cash to ues in buying into a PP designed to dilute current Retail Share Holders and giving them a big batch of new shares at a very low new Strike Price.
Consequently, I see no need for Noront Management, at this time, to go off half cocked looking to boost the SP.
It therefore likely will only be some time about October 22nd - 24th that Noront's Management may want to DECIDE if and WHAT type of News they feel is best to make ublic on this whole matter.
Conesquently, we nust keep our cool and seek out and have ALL Retail Share Holders VOTE ASAP to give Noront Management all the time desired before they make their NEXT MOVE.
They know what they are doing. All we need do is give them the TOOLS to follow their most desired course of action.
