If the TSX-V even allows this vote to take place will change the whole way a junior company will raise money.The companies will be 1,000% beter off to avoid these brokeridge houses , hedge funds,and other similar entities,and go directly to the retail investors for funds . (even with extra paper work involved)

It will be a lot safer and the retail will have the warrants also,and possibly limit amount of shares that will be bought by each retailer as would insure against some type fraud manipulation.

The shorting rules ,and uptic rules have to be addressed,and upheld with a true watch dog group,not just say they do and do nothing.

This vote should never even take place,but I would say RN has definately things to put out to make shareholders take notice.Something good is coming.

Last I heard,stealing through fraud,and deceit is still against the law in Canada,isn't it?
