I did not read past the second paragraph. tThat in mind, Gold is NOT currency. Cave dwellers like it. But cave dwellers are as they are. So, let them be. They cause Humanity's Citizens no real harm so long as they do not gain Political Power.

Just the same as for Noront Resources and the russeau Cave Boys. They can't do Noront Resources or the Ring of Fire any harm so long as they are kept in the kennel out back.

I have no problem if they want to hitch up with a VERY GOOD Company. Their choice. But they have to remain on their leash and be happy they are permitted to simply follow along behind the GOOD COMPETENT EFFECTIVE Management ALREADY funning this beauty of a Company, Noront Resources.
