I think I know what you're saying, but I doubt very much if there are many players who don't know that it's coming if NOT were to fall to other hands. This situation is of grave concern to all of the players in the ROF, with the exception of those that took positions for the very purpose of achieving Rosseau's intention, or rather, Rosseau's controller's intention.
