BUDDY rosseau has put his Ba!!$ on the line.
It is as likely that his Partnership and Mutual Fund will be DEAD MONEY now, should he FAIL. His Corporate Investors will pull their Funds (what is left of their Money) out of Rosseau Asset Management's control LONG BEFORE the AGM, cause they are watching like hawks. And being Hawks, they will will take down the Vulture just out of SPITE!
So, who can keep us informed as to the rate of REDEMPTIONS on rosseau A$$et Management Client Accounts?
We should cover ALL Bases! Should we NOT.

Ask them how the strugle is going.
Strike up a conversation with their representatives.
Ask as many questions respecting their strategy and tactics as you can think of.
Tell them you need as much HARD FACTS as possible so as to make an informed decision.
Ask about how you can go about changing yopu mind.
Ask them for a clear written statements from Rosseau himself on exactly what his plan is.He must have one to think he can make this fly!
If you get a response about their not being able to give you details, ask if they do have a plan, and if so WHAT IS IT! Cause you need to know.
You need to know the Dertails, the Specifics, the COSTINGS, the sources of FINDING, the guarintee that in this market they will be capable of accessing these FUNDING Sources.
ASK if they themselves can remain solvent much longer. Long enough to accomplish their DETAILED, WRITTEN, COSTED, PLAN. AND before they themselves go under.
There are many items you need to ASK them before you can make an INFORMED DECISION. AND also, you need firm, unambiguous, REPRODUCABLE answers.
Tell them how many shears you can vote (exaggerate so as to get their attention, of course) but with hold your name and or Control Number (telling them, as they are likely to ask, you prefer to remain anonymous for the moment - just like on the trading floor!).
Think of your creative but be civil and use respetable methods of gathering information when engageing them in conversation. Anything to take up their time and increase they COST of attempted STEFT.
