In the notice of annual and special meeting of shareholders it states if you do not vote your shares,

" in the absence of such directions, such shares shall vote "for"

1) Fixing the number of directors etc etc

2) Election of the directors as nominated by management.

etc, etc

Now someone mentioned that generally speakign only 30% of shareholders vote so if this is factual would it not indicate that Richard et el will be voted back in simply by shareholder apathy.
