this doesn't sound to me like they're selling Windfall...rather spin it and others off as another entity still owned by NOT...am I reading this correctly?

still, the lack of news and promo on Windfall has me concerned...I am looking forward to some feedback tomorrow from some of our leaders who have phoned into the office today...
