From what I see there sure isn't much in the way of Forest in the James Bay Lowlands. Doesn't mean that the market will not worry about the effect on Noront.

Typical Government move to announce this prior to Parlimentary discussing and without enough detail for investors to make judgement on the effect it will have.

This will definately not change things at Windfall as it's in Quebec and permiting all in place. IT IS HIGHLY unlikely to have any effect whatsoever on James Bay Lowlands (ROF) except to more clearly layout the benefit to Indians in the area. Looks like Province will sign over some of their revenues?
