It is but a big problem for the Quick Flip Artists. Otherwise your perspective is a good one. Though it also COSTS Money to pay the Broker Traders to actively hold down the SP of Explorers NOT in the PUMP phase of the Trading Cycle these Manipulators work so much to create. Old Joe
