Milsy has a good point. If DE2 was announced the sp would double accordingly. DE2 was announced and then the owers that be raise the bar on us again.

But the Genuity report is very specific in the first 2 paragraphs.

We have his de2.

There are at least 4 cores with visuals

We should get results any day

and we have proven the cluster theory.

Based I believe on the visuals of DE2 we are in BUY mode and the report is a precursor of the the NR ...Don
