Laphroigh? A Scotch whisky lover, no? It was the first straight malt I ever tasted along about 1966 when few knew more than the blends. Unfortunately as mostly a gin drinker I have lost my "nose" and the capacity to taste the subtle differences; fortunately it saves me the pursuit of the exotics and the costs thereof.

Re: your inquiry about useful or interesting websites. I suggest <http://www.stockwatch.com/> I live in the US and using it am able to get quotes on both US and Canadian stocks. You can use it free but when the boards are busy it helps to have a membership. I think I pay less than $3 a week for "membership".
