What does the halt mean?

As we have seen, the NOT track record for the issuing of trade halts has been an excellent one. Halts are saved for outstanding news. Anything less would likely be issued in a regular news release. Knowing how R.N. doesn't like to overstate on a stock, but to let the market respond in recognition of significant properties and value, it is likely, as most of us hope/assume, that the present halt will be nothing short of stellar. I wonder how the investment community will respond when trading resumes?!! One doesn't have to wonder too much.
