based on production #'s for 2011 cmm should have at least a buck on the share price. so if there is a take over offer come to the table we as share holders would hope the offer would be a least a buck. given time cmm could be worth alot more. what % of the # of cmm shares is needed to give the ok on a vote for a take over. in all likely the heavey buying as of late has been people in the know buying up these cheap shares before an offer.
