Ok...In Plain English:
MTEK formed Mind Solutions Aquistions as well as Mind Solutions Inc. was reincorporated in Nevada. Now VOIS aquired Mind Solutions Inc. the Subsidiery of MTEK. MTEK now owns about 82% of VOIS or 196M Shares. In addition to these shares they signed a Licensing deal for MTEK's software for another 7M shares. Now these shares, after having all of the companies are valuated... VOIS, Mind Solutions Inc., Mind Solutions Aquisitions, Etc. will be "Divided" up amongst Current MTEK shareholders, a certain percentage of VOIS will be given to MTEK Shareholders depending on how many shares of MTEK they currently own as of the date of the aquisitions. You will be allowed to keep your MTEK shares as well as get a "Dividend" of VOIS shares once the valuation is completed and determined how many we all get. MTEK will be resurrected further down the line and that will also be yours to keep. This is as simple as I can make it.
For those who think they may be getting screwed.....If nothing had been done and Brent and Company, after the suspension, had just said..."To hell with this" then you could say we were screwed. Consider yourselves lucky, I do, because this could have faded to black and we would have NOTHING!! Absolutely Zilch, Zero, Nada, a dead bird.
