Jersi, I agree with your take and anything is better than our current circumstances, but Dizzy does bring up a few good points.

Will our current holdings be allocated into VOIS like the dividend ? If not, it appears we will be stuck with shares of MTEK on the Grey Market and continue our journey into the abyss. Also, the headset is going to be rolled out under VOIS, not MTEK !

So, any potential benefit from the headset will impact VOIS shares, not MTEK.

The decimination of information to MTEK shareholders has been utterly butchered. More questions than answers so far IMO.
