Just wanted to let everyone know I have emailed Jeff and he has advised me that there should be a PR out soon describing the Divident for MTEK Shareholders. The only thing that makes me a little nervous is i asked about the share ratio so I hope that is still in the cards.

Jeff pretty much told me via email that we would be receiving Shares in VOIS which was a good thing since it is actively trading. He said they would have a PR out on the share ratio soon.
