Rak,I don't know about SEC requirements but MannKind usually announces their earning calls a week in advance.However as we all know,this time is a little different,so who knows.You are correct though,Al said that they will give a "comprehensive presentation" of the results at the earnings call.He never said that the results won't be announced until the call.

In all likelihood we will have to release our second quarter earnings shortly before we are ready to release the Affinity results.
