Without going into too much detail, with the numbers you are talking about, I think you can ignore a half billion in debt, it's de minimus. You are talking about 550 million shares at $107? I believe that's a $55 Billion dollar market cap, heck we could take on much more in debt and no one would ever even talk about the debt, other than as a positive. The real problem is the $55 billion market cap - am I way off here?
