The government will wait to make the road announcement until they are sure the Chinese commit to the Two Billion dollar rail that will give all the ring mines a transportation cost advantage. There is big money already behind kwg because kwg has offered 40 million to the natives. Also kwg have hired a world renowned company to cost the whole rail and that did not happen without hundreds of thousands of dollars in contract guarantees. The Chinese commitment will be the catalyst for the government's road announcement. The natives on board with the kwg plan will be the catalyst that makes the Chinese commit.
