Good grief, goodheart. Do you believe that Frank has the results on an independent feasibility study at his fingertips, and he's withholding the information pending the approval of the convertible share structure?

And it is not a 300 to 1 consolidation. It's a bundling of shares. Existing ownership and voting privileges will be unaltered.
