I am not saying its a consolidation. it's a 300 to 1 vote on the proxy that will cause a newly created 300 share to come into being that kwg will sell in abundance causing dilution. It will also cause the existing shares to move back and forth through the transfer agent between 300 share 0r 1 share. I do not know the length of time or if thier is a cost to convert but time will tell. Tell me how you cost a 326km rail line without an engineering study knowing exactly what materials you will need to build it.
