Coach must know something I don't with his warrant purchases this morning. The market is always right. Right now the shares are down 6-7%, the warrants are down 28%.

Hmmm. The announcement says that share and warrants will be exchanged on a 20:1 ratio. The problem with that for warrant holders is that any warrants that Golden have issued do not trade on any exchange, and I do not see any info on them (the Golden warrants) in any SEDAR documents.

BTW, IR says "it has to be voted on with a 66.7% pass, so we have a little time to figure things out". ECU shareholders will be getting a management information circullar in July.
