Golden Minerals Company

This seems a logical move jnycat. I think there was more danger of a hostile takeover at these prices than we knew, and if that were to happen you would truely have been screwed. This way we trade up for a company that has the same mkt cap, has cash, is traded on major exchanges. For those of us who were looking for a big move in ECU (and I am one of those) we need to rethink our relationship. We removed both some of the upside and some of the risk with this merger.
