Can anyone confirm or deny ECU has any non recourse financing in place at the present time?

I always remember reading Sinclair several years back stating that the death of good junior pm companies will be the non recourse loan. He has said in the past the structuring of the financing in these cases is basically a hedge on the other side hidden from the view of the company. I will personally contact the company next week to confirm but would appreciate any feedback from the board.

Today's price action and volume on such an incredible two day silver run is making me wonder what the heck is going on.
