I appreciate that you might have many questions about the Company's Proposal to Shareholders to consolidate the shares of Golden Hope Mines.

Management is in the process of setting up a conference call for some time next week, the details of which will be announced by press release, to allow Shareholders and Management to discuss the Proposal.

I would ask Shareholders to review the Annual Financial Statements for fiscal 2012 and 2013 (filed to SEDAR on April 30, 2013, and April 29, 2014, respectively), as well as the Interim Financial Statements for Q1, filed June 2, 2014, and the Management Information Circular, filed to SEDAR on June 2, 2014.
