They have been strangely quiet (with all their "inside" knowledge), wonder why. Hope they made some bucks in all this.
My comments about skipping posts relates to the unnamed pumper/pumpers you call they.
Regarding your advice, I haven't been otherwise, and won't be in the future, in a position where I must deal with people where I must be concerned with posts to ignore, or skip over.
assuming you know who they are and you should since you wrote the comments my advice was based on your insinuation that THEY pumper kry, made money and now have either left the board or are no longer posting. If this isn't what you were insinuating please correct me with what you really meant.
I take offense to you suggesting people who actually tried to find out what the hell was going on get accused of misdeeds with nothing to back up your comments.
I've read the court document beandog provided and I don't see anything in this sworn affidavit to contradict what I have seen posted here on this board. If there was any incorrect information posted here by THEY, I don't believe it was deliberate. Again just my opinion.
I will say I sure feel a lot better after reading the affidavit. I don't see where Fung or Marshall lied about the chain of events. They may have over stated their confidence in what they believed would happen but I certainly do think it was any different from other CEO's do.
