You can argue the point all day. I know we wont agree. If anyone here can argue the FACT the company can go thru 2 to 3 yrs. or more of costly litigation on HOPE we recover anything then fine with me . I am not riding this out based on how we can enrich our legal team with the last drop of blood. KRY does'nt have the cash nor the time left . Plus the $100 million bonds are due in Dec.

IMO the Chinese are and were our only hope on the permit. Now we wait for GRZ first, then Vz. may deal with us pre-trial. Yes an offer..

For now we wait for the bonds to be re-fied, % to be paid and the memorial in Aug. sometime and possibly an offer from Vz.

You can wish for more than $1 or $2...Heck, I wish your'e right. I am being realistic here and its only my opinion. I wish you the best.
