Crystallex's attorneys are in a position to offer a fact based opinion on an estimated award. Their expert knowledge of international law applicable toward the bilateral investment treaty and mine operating contract qualifies them.

Equally important, they have access to documented detailed facts that we do not have.

The case is not a crapshoot.
