i've been baffled since the beginning by how hard kry has tried to retain a listing when they knew there was no way in hell to do it? even if the shareholders voted for the reverse split kry still would not be listed.

1. the market cap is too low to remain listed

2. the volume is too low to remain listed

3. they have lost thier core business (i'm not aware of another arbitration play that is listed). even grz is getting delisted and they have the cap and PPS....

what was the point of pushing a hands down loser? dont we have other things to focus on?

for f's sake! if the BOD actually believes they have a good case against venezuela then they should have enough cash/credit between them to pull us thru this mess themselves. the kry bonds were selling at about .60 last i looked (probably higher now)...put up your house fung. we'll ride this ship together.
