KRY was delisted because it was "no longer an operating company," period. It lost any hope of actually doing anything other than litigating and is not qualified for listing.

The delisting had nothing to do with share price (GRZ got a notice also Bob and they are going to argue that they will pursue new opportunities, not go for a RS). A reverse split would have had NO effect on any appeal.

While I think it unfortunate that we were delisted, I think it is even more unfortunate that management could not understand the reason: we are no longer an operating company.

Any appeal would have to address that reason, nothing else would matter. Any statement to the contrary is simply evidence that management is ignorant and even more reliant on hope alone than us retail lemmings.
