I'm glad you weren't offended by my post. I'm glad gold is in demand because I do own other gold stocks as well as physical gold.

All I was trying to say was the KRY is not a gold company and probably never was. It's a legal play. The question is, do the bond holders want to see KRY survive long enough to live through arbitration or do they want to pull the plug this year?

If I was a bondholder and I thought I could force KRY to sell everything and get back 50% of my investment, I do it.
