midas, the only reason delisting would affect financing is if fungs financing plan is his traditional "share printing press"....the volume on the OTC/pinks probably would'nt be as fluid...by this time i would guess any "shareholder friendly" financing is'nt going to involve issuing shares and selling on the open market...

my hope would be that someone close to this story (possibly even bondholders) cut a deal for a percentage of the company/repayment in some form of a new note...

i have a feeling the purchase price of kry is so low that everyone might get suprised by what happens next. even fung. eventially some bottom feeder will figure this out.

you have a pretty fat asset in the arb case+angry shareholders+cash strapped co.+low market cap= takeover.
