It's always possible that the CRRC are prepared to make GRZ an offer for Brisas and to fold that into the Las Cristinas mine. Regardless of the retoric that went back and forth about the relative values of LC and LB, there is little doubt that LB adds reserves and value to the LC concessions and I'm sure Hugo wouldn't mind the CRRC doing a deal that gets the arbitration monkey off his back....
