It is interesting Midas, there are a few potential events that may be happening for them soon. The one we know for sure is their up coming arbitration hearing at the end of September, I think the 24th.

A few others mentioned in the GRZ conf call were the announcement of the claim amount which was said would be announced prior to the hearing in a pr. Doug also mentioned a few parties interested in their equipment and that one of them was to possibly make a decision in September.

One has to wonder if VZ will try and settle with GRZ prior to the hearing or the fact that they MAY give a permit KRY/CRRC. Wouldn't look to good in arbitration if other companies were getting permits to mine one would think.
